At Aurie Charms, every product is handcrafted with love by children as part of a creative and developmental program. A portion of each sale directly supports their education, health, and daily needs. Because of the personal and charitable nature of each item, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Each piece is made uniquely and may carry slight imperfections or variations—this is part of what makes your purchase meaningful. Accepting returns would not only compromise our ability to support these young creators but also impact the funds allocated to their well-being and future.

However, your satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you are not fully happy with your order, we’re happy to offer a 50% refund. To qualify, please contact us at support@auriecharms.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Kindly include your order number and a brief explanation so we can better assist you.
